We are looking for an interim Head of Supply Chain to a Swedish Diagnostics Company
Period: Interim assignment 12 months, with possibility to transfer into employment.
Location: Stockholm
THE ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and successfully implement and develop the new organization including staff and processes associated to it and the interface to other departments within the company.
- Focus on the total supply chain process and more clearly distinguish between pure production versus supporting functions, such as development and maintenance of equipment/premises, IT, purchasing/logistics, projects.
- Create more space and capacity for improvements, efficiencies, stabilization of the products and continue to work on a high level of quality throughout the whole supply chain. Strong focus on continuous improvements and being an active team member in the re-localization project.
- Reporting to the COO
- Being part of the Operations Management Team, led by the COO, together with Quality Assurance, Software, Essay Development, Innovation and Medical Affairs.
You will have 5 direct reports;
- Senior Purchaser
- Head of Manufacturing
- Process Manager
- QC Manager
- Production Engineer
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT AND ABILITIES
- MSc in Engineering or Biochemistry or similar
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position (supply chain or production)
- At least five years’ experience from regulated industry (ISO 13485)
- Experience from medium-sized company
- Experience from transition from small to medium-sized company
- Preferably experience in project management and Change management
- Fluent in Swedish and English
