Role Overview:
As a Medical Affairs Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, playing a vital role in overseeing our promotional materials’ medical, scientific, and ethical aspects. This position is an exceptional opportunity to influence our medical information strategies across the Nordic and Baltic regions.
Duration:
12 months, full time
Location:
Stockholm, Sweden
Minimum Requirements:
A medical or scientific background (minimum MSc)
Proficiency in Swedish and English (written, read, and spoken)
Over 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in medical information, approval of promotional materials, regulatory roles, MSL, or as a medical advisor
Completion of the IMA course via Läkemedelsakademien
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and approving promotional materials, ensuring compliance with medical, scientific, and ethical standards.
Managing and overseeing medical information vendors.
Responding to escalated and unsolicited medical information requests for our products across the Nordics.
Training employees on promotion standards, local ethical rules, and medical information requirements.
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance compliance, quality, and effectiveness.
Addressing internal and external changes impacting medical information, medical review, and promotional activities.
