We are now looking for a Senior Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join our in-house PV team!

As a Senior Pharmacovigilance Specialist, you will be responsible for oversight and development of PV systems. If you are interested there will be a possibility to perform/develop within audits.

Key responsibilities include

  • Act as QPPV/ deputy QPPV/ local contact person for PV
  • Plan, perform and report PV audit
  • Perform vendor assessment/ qualification
  • Write/review SOPs, agreements, PSMF, RMP, PSUR, DSUR
  • Case handling, literature search, signal management, risk management
  • Manage deviations and CAPAs
  • Perform lectures and trainings
  • Give advice on strategies, management and operational level
  • Inspection support

Who are you?

We think you are kind, caring, structured, driven, a doer, and have an eye for details. It is also important for us that you are flexible and a team player. You are fluent in both speaking and writing in English as well as Swedish, and you have at least 5 years work experience from Pharmacovigilance.

You will work with colleagues that have many years of experience within PV and have been working in various roles as consultants, regulators and in both small and Big-Pharma. The team works a lot with knowledge sharing and you will be a part of an open and curious team.

On a yearly basis we work with more than 200 Clients. Our Clients range from small to midsized and big companies, some in start-up phase and other in life cycle management. In our internal PV function, we offer consulting service on hourly basis, often between 0,2-0,5 FTE per assignment. In this role, the consultant will work with different Clients, usually 2-3 at a time, based on their needs.

The position will report to the Head of Pharmacovigilance and be placed in Solna, Uppsala, Lund or Gothenburg, Sweden. The position is office based with flexibility to work partly from home and the employment can be either full or part-time depending on the candidate’s preference.
