New internal opportunity available as Transparency and Data specialist North Europe. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the EFPIA disclosure reporting process in North Europe and drive key activities to build harmonization and quality control of data reported across North Europe.
You will act as data specialist within sales force incentives and in projects managing customer data.
This is a permanent role. There is approx. 5 % travel required.
Relevant locations for this role is Norway or Sweden
Main responsibilities:
- Collect and perform quality checks of the transparency data in the financial system (SAP) and indirect payments for Norway and Sweden and support the process in other North Europe countries
- Loading of missing data into the Sanofi transparency reporting data base and perform corrections to already existing data whenever necessary in North Europe countries
- Managing cross-border engagement with HCPs/HCOs for North Europe countries
- Managing the process of disclosing transfers of value made to HCPs/HCOs, including disclosure consent and country certification, in North Europe countries
- Comply with defined timelines and provide updates/dashboard and statistics to affiliates
- Provide transparency reporting training including tool guidance and access management to North Europe affiliates
- Responsible for defining and upholding North Europe transparency reporting operating procedures and binding rules
- Collect, upload and calculate accurate data for Sales Force Incentive target setting and performance calculation
- Administration tasks for Sales Force Incentive files in accordance with SOPs and privacy regulations
- Data management for performance data in transformation projects
About you
- Higher university degree e.g. MSc (Econ.)
- Microsoft Office skills including excellent Excel skills
- Experience from analysis of extensive data and reporting is an advantage
- Experience from working with complex IT systems
- Experience from creating high quality documents and delivering in complex projects is an advantage
- Plan, prioritize and implement actions – project management
- Focus on improvement and efficiency
- Fluent in written and oral English. Fluent in written and oral Scandinavian (norwegian/swedish/danish)
